well hello there,

I’m so grateful for all of you who land on this page. Thank you so much for being interested in my work. I hope we get to meet soon.

I’m Zamira (pronounced Suh-mee-dah), born in Louisiana and raised in Texas with a Hispanic and Arab background. Despite seeming ethnically-rich, I’m unfortunately very disconnected from both heritages.

Most of the time when we think of psychics, we think of colorful childhoods filled with visiting graveyards and talking to people who aren’t there. I really didn’t understand my gifts until I was a full grown adult. Don’t get me wrong, I always had an unwavering excitement for what was beyond: the paranormal, ghosts, magic, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Atlantis, and life’s greatest mysteries.

My spiritual awakening probably happened a lot like yours—tarot, meditation, and deities. I was so obsessed with wanting to “see” that I blew myself wide open in spiritually unsafe ways. As I went deeper into my own practice, I was seeing a lot of magic, apparitions, synchronicities, and more that led me to believe…

“oh shit, this shit is very real”

At the end of 2024, I became a full-time mystic giving readings as “heyurpsychic”. This was an era of me having fun with my newfound abilities combined with tarot and oracle cards, but not going to lie, I felt like a fast-food psychic after a while. Turns out, giving psychic readings (even with the cards) with skeptics and drunk people takes a toll on you after a while.

heyurpsychic has now fully transformed into Sword + Seer where I provide psychic readings and healings. The name speaks to very large parts of what brings me into spiritual work—psychic protection, the unfolding of the healing journey, following the truth as close as I can, and seeing past/present/future.
